Created from the plastic waste collected from the community of Brockley, South East London. This is a set of 2 recycled plastic coasters; each coaster keeps plastic out of a flawed recycling system, incineration, or landfill.
Each coaster is made from a combination of plastics, including the lids of Fuggle’s (my dog’s) treat boxes, yoghurt pots, apple juice bottle lids, and everything in between.
This is a blend of black, white, gold and a sprinkling of deep blue plastics, giving the effect of natural marble. This blend really demonstrates how beautiful our waste can be.
Every coaster will be slightly different, but the sets are picked to be as similar as possible.
