Montana Polystyrene Primerhas been designed specifically as the perfect pre-treatment product when working with polystyrene & styrofoam surfaces. (Applying Spray Paint to polystyrene or styrofoam causes it to melt.)

After the priming and drying process has been completed the plastic surfaces can be painted with Montana sprays that have a synthetic, acrylic, or nitro-combination base.
The Montana Polystyrene Primer provides a perfect protection layer (base coat), for all nitro-combi and synthetic based paints such as Montana GOLD, BLACK or WHITE paint ranges. The primer seals the styrofoam/polystyrene and avoids destructive reaction of the lacquer.

HOW TO USE: Firstly you need to apply the polystyrene primer in multiple thin sweeping layers, it is important that when spraying you apply a the next coat before the previous coat is fully dry, but with 1 to 2 minutes between each pass. Any additional coats may require a drying time of 24 hours or more depending on the substrate material.
Always test spray on a non-visible area to check compatibility of lacquer or paint.
