Apply Active Spa Lip Balm as a nutrient base under color lip products. Can also be used alone day and night. Wear Lip Oil Potion day or night for an intense lip treatment program. Use Silhouette Lip Liner on your lips as any other lip liner, apply around your lips before using a lipstick or a gloss.
