Best use: How to use: Apply directly to a primed or clean upper lid in small soft strokes or one single stroke. Do not use on top of other products such as eyeshadow. Use brush or fingers to blend out for a smokey look, allowing to set for 1 minute. Apply eyeshadow on top if wanting to deepen the eyeshadow colour.
