INGREDIENTS: Wholegrain OATS Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK) (30%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate (MILK) (10%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Stach), Cocoa Powder, Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia). ALLERGENS: Contains: OATS, MILK. Made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery, cereals that contain gluten and product thereof. DIRECTIONS: Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and ENJOY! Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (60g) with 100ml of cold water or milk and stir well.
