Made in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof. DIRECTIONS: Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100-150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and enjoy. Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100-150ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place into microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
